Chin Up! You Got This!™ is a national confidence and leadership movement equipping teen girls, women, families, educators, and organizations with the tools to build confidence from the inside out.
We believe confidence is your birthright. When people learn to believe in themselves, they make different decisions, pursue greater opportunities, strengthen relationships, and create lasting change in their communities.
Founded by Executive Leadership Coach, speaker, and author Shakila Stewart, Chin Up! You Got This!™ was born from both lived experience and professional expertise. After experiencing the foster care system as a child and later being adopted by her great-aunt, Shakila discovered the transformative power of belonging, encouragement, and someone believing in her potential. That experience became the foundation for a movement that now reaches thousands across the country.
Today, we’ve empowered more than 8,000 women, girls, and families through mentoring, leadership development, executive coaching, workshops, speaking engagements, and our evidence-informed confidence curriculum. Our Pathway to Empowerment™ digital curriculum is available through correctional education programs in all 50 states, expanding access to confidence and leadership education nationwide.

From teen girls navigating identity to incarcerated women preparing for a new chapter, our programs are rooted in evidence-based social-emotional learning and trauma-informed care.
AGES 12–18 · Twelve WEEKS
The One Pearl Mentoring Program
Just as a pearl is formed through pressure and time, each girl learns that her experiences don’t diminish her worth — they shape her strength. A 10-week trauma-informed leadership intensive blending performing arts, etiquette, and emotional healing.
