Facilitator Training – 4 Phases

Your staff will receive comprehensive training so the One Pearl™ program runs independently — without requiring Shakila’s ongoing presence. Training leads to a Chin Up!™ Facilitator Certification, required to run the program.

Phase 1 — Orientation (½ Day)

Program philosophy, trauma-informed facilitation, creating a safe space for teen girls, and a full overview of the 15-week arc. Virtual or in-person.

Phase 2 — Lesson Deep Dive (Full Day)

Walk through all 15 lessons. Watch Shakila’s video intros. Practice facilitating affirmations, runway coaching, and public speaking. Role-play challenging moments.

Phase 3 — Showcase Prep (½ Day)

Skit structure, runway walk format, headshot session coordination, graduation ceremony, and the One Pearl™ necklace presentation.

Phase 4 — Certification

Facilitators complete an assessment and receive their official Chin Up!™ Facilitator Certification. Annual recertification available for returning facilitators.

Ongoing Support

Monthly check-in calls during the program cycle, plus access to a private facilitator resource portal with all lesson materials and Shakila’s pre-recorded video introductions.

Facilitator training

Your staff completes all 4 phases and receives Chin Up!™ Facilitator Certification.

Program launch

Shakila’s video introductions and all lesson materials are ready before Day 1.

Student Showcase

The program culminates in a graduation ceremony your school community will remember.

Licensing Tiers

Seed

$4,500/yr

Up to 20 participants. Digital lesson guides, Shakila’s video intros, virtual facilitator training, certification, and Showcase framework.

Standard

$8,500/yr

Up to 35 participants. Everything in Seed plus all student materials — workbook, journal, tote bag, t-shirt, One Pearl™ necklace, and Certificate of Completion.

Partnership

$15,000/yr

Up to 60 participants. Everything in Standard plus in-person facilitator training, monthly support check-ins, and Shakila’s virtual appearance at the Student Showcase.

Funding & Procurement

We navigate government procurement, grant-funded implementation, Title I funding, reentry program budgets, and corporate L&D budgets. We provide documentation, outcome data, and references to support your internal approval process.
